2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2016 in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 (G.R. No. 124 of 2015) for the offences alleged under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the thrust of accusation is against co-accused Anju Devi who is said to have taken away the informant's sister. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. A perusal of the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. discloses that the petitioner along with the said co-accused Anju Devi had influenced the victim

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52546 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 girl on the pretext of arranging to place her in a good hostel for girls.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged as well as the statement of the victim girl, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/Chandran U T
