Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj P.S.Case No. 696 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323, 327,379,382,411,413/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R, six unknown miscreants committed mar pit and snatched his cash and belongings.

It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation his name has surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. No looted article has been recovered from his possession .Petitioner has not been put on TIP as yet. He is in custody since 05.03.2021.

S. Case No. 696 of 2018.
