It is evident that the petitioner had filed Cr.W.J.C. No. 517 of 2011 for the same relief, which was permitted to be withdrawn by order dated 23.1.2012 with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Calcutta High Court, which appeared to have jurisdiction in relation to the relief sought in the writ application.
