In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 0126 of 2005 registered for offence punishable under sections 366 (A), 364, 376, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter is of 2005, the court below has taken cognizance in 2011 and the petitioner has filed this application in 2019 itself shows that there is no apprehension of his arrest. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
