Petitioner seeks bail in Amarpur P.S.Case No. 254 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 149,341,323,324,307,384,386,379,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R is against unknown. The name of petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused AshokTani, who has already been granted bail in Cr.Misc. No.12557of 2016 vide order dated 05.05.2016. Petitioner has not been put on TIP and he is in custody since 19.06.2021 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
