Petitioners seek bail in Teghra P.S. Case No.272 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Informant is the mother of the deceased who has alleged that her daughter was killed by her husband and family members. It has been submitted that petitioner no.1 is the father-inlaw and petitioner no.2 is the brother-in-law of the deceased. They are living separately and are not concerned with the affairs of family of the deceased or her husband. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 13.07.2018.

No.68331 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 272/2017 with following conditions:- (1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court.

(3) If the petitioners tamper with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
