Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and the impugned order goes to show that in course of investigation, the petitioner was arrested and confessed his guilt. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Moreover the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of
