JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be owner of a house in which prostitution was being run by other F.I.R named accused. The impugned order goes to support the above stated fact. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Patna in connection with Parsabazar P.S.Case No. 160 of 2016.
