Patna High Court SLA No.33 of 2017(8) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 The petitioner (proposed appellant) seeks grant of leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 12.04.2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, Hajipur, Vaishali in Complaint Case No. 2810 of 2006, whereby learned Magistrate has acquitted the accused persons (respondents) of the charges punishable under Section 417 of the Indian Penal Code. Good ground has been made out for grant of leave in preferring the appeal.
