The petitioner being husband is apprehending his arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 registered under sections 498(A), 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of A.C.J.M, Danapur, Patna.

Earlier case diary was called for in the present case which has been received.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner being husband was duty bound to protect his wife, which he did not do, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) M.Rahman/- U T
