The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence scuffle took place between the parties with respect to flowing of water. It is further alleged that on the order of petitioner no. 1, petitioner no. 2 disrobed the complainant. It is submitted that as a matter of fact, the complainant and family members brutally assaulted petitioner no. 1 for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52908 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 which petitioner no. 1 filed a complaint case bearing Complaint Case No. 1624 of 2019 against the informant and others. This case is counter blast of the said case. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Complaint Case No. 1686 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
