2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest connection with Jankinagar (O.P.) Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023, F.I.R. dated 14.05.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It appears from the record that the petitioner has earlier moved for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 74061 of 2023 which was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court on 29.02.2024.

4. Petitioner has again moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail, which is not permissible.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is not maintainable and as such it is, accordingly, dismissed.
