Petitioners seek bail in Sanokhar P.S. Case No.116 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased.
There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners in the written report.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66640 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No.116 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
