2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-201 6.

3. Prosecution case is that 162 liters of country made lime liquor were recovered from spot.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature .

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature , prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
