JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452,341,323,324,504,354B and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons came variously armed when co accused Hare Ram Das assaulted with iron rod to the father of the informant and subsequently threw the child of younger brother of the informant on floor. It is alleged against the petitioner no. 1 to have assaulted the sister of informant namely Ranju with fist and slaps whereas petitioner no. 2 assaulted with axe causing cut injury on thumb of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31265 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 that the injury of the informant has been found to be caused by hard and blunt substance simple in nature and injury of Ranju has also been found to be simple in nature. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Jhanjharpur in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No.22 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
