The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 409, 406, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner got issued the Land Possession Certificate (L.P.C.) in connivance with the Circle Officer in respect to 4 acres, 74 decimals of land which is recorded under two Jamabandis beaing Jamabandi Nos. 147 and 156 for an area of 2 acres 63 decimals and 2 acres and 8 decimals in the names of the brother of the petitioner Gopal Sah and this petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the brother of the informant is dead,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34570 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 statement to that effect has been made in para-11 of the petition hence, one Land Possession Certificate was issued for the entire area.

Considering the nature of accusation and statement being made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
