JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2021 As prayed for, through Video Conferencing, let the learned counsel for the petitioners remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 22.01.2021, within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode in normal course.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, through Video Conferencing, submits that this application with respect to the petitioner no.2, namely, Deepak Yadav, has already been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 10.03.2021 passed by a Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that, now, the petitioner no.1, namely, Paras Yadav alias Paras

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6827 of 2021(3) dt.27-07-2021 2/2 Choudhary, has also been arrested by the police in this case and, as such, this application with respect to the petitioner no.1, namely, Paras Yadav alias Paras Choudhary, to grant him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Unchakagaon Police Station Case No.332 of 2020, pending in the court of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, has also become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this application with respect to the petitioner no.1, namely, Paras Yadav alias Paras Choudhary.

Permission is accorded.

This application with respect to the petitioner no.1, namely, Paras Yadav alias Paras Choudhary, is also dismissed as withdrawn.
