Petitioners seek bail in Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No.236 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that 27 litres Nepali liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of each of the petitioners. They are in custody since 29.08.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66627 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S.
