The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in brief is that minor daughter of informant was kidnapped by one Dukhharan Mahato and his family members.
It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation. Informant claims to be the eye-witness of the occurrence wherein he has specifically stated that co-accused Dukhharan and others have kidnapped his daughter. It is further submitted that both parties have entered into compromise.
