The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 415 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra at Saran in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 415 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
