JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, petitioner no. 2 confessed his guilt and apart from this, the location of mobile phone of petitioners was found near the place of occurrence. It appears that except the aforesaid circumstance, there is nothing against the petitioners. Moreover, admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of children of the present case. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
