This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 13.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50827 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/3 21477 of 2021, whereby the application of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail was allowed and they were directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 16 of 2020 (G.R. No. 200 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that because of some unavoidable circumstances, they could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated period.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed.

The order dated 13.05.2022 is modified to

No.50827 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 3/3 the extent that if the petitioner Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, namely, Kishori Yadav, Anil Yadav, Kulu Yada and Pinti Yadav respectively surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions as laid down in the order dated 13.05.2022. The order dated 13.05.2022 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The application stands allowed.
