JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-10-2016 Heard Sri Radha Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner who is in custody in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 409 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 47, 51 and 56 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016 has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on accusation of recovery of about eight liters of country made liquor petitioner has been apprehended whereas petitioner is having clean antecedent which fact has been stated in paragraph no. 3 of the petition.

No.45729 of 2016 (2) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 Keeping in view the nature of accusation and clean antecedent , let the petitioner Bishu Murmu be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj / concerned court in connection with Kishanganj P.S.
