====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 (arising out of Complaint Case No. 1825 C of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the daughter of the informant on account of nonfulfillment of the demand of dowry and thereafter they are said to have disposed of the dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation as against the petitioner and the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52736 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 is father-in-law of the deceased whereas that the mother-in-law of the deceased has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51095 of 2019. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in custody, hence no prejudice would be caused to the prosecution in case regular bail is granted to the petitioner. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 20.05.2019, as far as the present case is concerned.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S.
