JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-12-2016 Heard Sri Mritunjay Prasad Singh , learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, father- in- law of the deceased has prayed for grant of bail in Katoriya ( Jaipur ) P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 498A, 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that that petitioner was only biological father of the husband of the deceased whereas the husband was adopted by one Matuki Yadav and as such , there was no question of involvement of the petitioner whereas , in this case , earlier case diary was called for. After examining the case diary learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is sufficient material against the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44122 of 2016 (5) dt.15-12-2016 2/2 petitioner also.
Besides hearing I have perused the materials available on record.
I do not find any ground to grant privilege of bail for the present.
The petition stands dismissed.
