2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 362 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-137(2)/64 of BNS, 2023 and Section4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. Allegedly, in course of going to her friend's house to distribute invitation card of marriage, the informant's daughter was forcibly kidnapped by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There was love and affection between the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53711 of 2025(7) dt.20-01-2026 2/2 and the victim. In support of his contention, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit along with his photograph and the alleged victim. The petitioner is under custody for one and a half years.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-VII-cum- Special Judge, POCSO Judge, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 362 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner will appear in the court below on each and every date fixed in the case.
