ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2690 of 2012 (Trial No.4042/2014) for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 420 and 465/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are rightful owners of the land in question and that they have been in possession of the same and have been paying rent for the said piece of land. In support of the same, the

Considering the fact that the present case has arisen out of purely civil dispute and that the petitioners have been contesting the matter, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Srivastava, J.M., Chapra, in connection with Complaint Case No.2690 of 2012 (Trial No.4042/2014), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
