2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Barabar Tourism P. S. Case No. 16 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 103(1), 118(1), 61(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per prosecution case, on 16.02.2025 at about 7 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, armed with deadly weapons, came to the house of informant and started abusing her. It is alleged that when

No.51274 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 2/3 husband of informant intervened, co-accused Subbe Yadav assaulted him by means of iron rod, petitioner no. 1 assaulted on the head of Dewar (brother-in-law) of informant with Garasa and co-accused Saloni Kumari, Sampati Devi, Malti Devi and Pinki Devi assaulted informant with Farsa. During course of treatment, husband of informant died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not assailants of the deceased. Petitioner no. 1 is only alleged to have assaulted brother-in-law of the informant with garasa and there is no allegation of assault against petitioner no. 2. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and are in custody since 25.02.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, clean antecedent and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with
