The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kumar khand P. S. Case No. 56/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(A), 379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false and concocted and the allegations made out in the F.I.R. do not stand substantiated by the injury report, which has come subsequently.

It has further been submitted that allegation of theft against the petitioner has been added only to make the case serious and is also a figment of the imagination of the informant. Considering the aforementioned facts and nature of

No.30183 of 2015 (2) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 injuries, which are simple in nature as evident from the Injury Report, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumar Khand P.S.Case No. 56/2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438( 2) of Cr. P.C.
