JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2017 The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2016 in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 292 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that alleged money has been used for online shopping and the same has not been credited to the bank account of the petitioner and further the petitioner has been languishing in judicial custody since 10.11.2016.

Having heard both sides, from perusal of the case diary, it
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54142 of 2016 (3) dt.27-01-2017 2/2 appears that money has been transferred to the bank account of the petitioner, which was verified by the police. In view of the said fact, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner, the privilege of regular bail at least at this stage.
However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail once the charges are framed in this case.
