2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. The prosecution story in brief is that on 27.06.2021, 1215 liters of liquor were recovered from the abandoned 'Haiwa' vehicle bearing Registration NO. WB-39B 6037. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is neither acquainted with any of the co-accused persons nor the owner of the sized 'Haiwa' and the petitioner is a person with clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Court, Excise-I, Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
