====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahiyara P. S. Case No. 81 of 2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that on 12.06.2013, he sprinkled kerosene oil on her daughter and set her on fire with intention to kill her. Thereafter, on 29.06.2013, she died during course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case with an ulterior motive. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that from perusal of the impugned order it appears that petitioner has already been declared proclaimed offender on 02.08.2024 and process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. was ordered to be issued against him.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
