Petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2016 in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of loot of Rs. 35,000/- cash against the unknown persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather he has been implicated in this case by the police. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor T.I. Parade has been conducted till date. Charge under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code has been framed against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in jail for the last three months. No.49864 of 2016 (6) dt.13-02-2017 the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016.
