JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-07-2018 By the impugned order dated 10.03.2017, the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner to have the witnesses recalled for deposing in confirmation of the settlement which has been arrived at between the parties, has been rejected by the learned Additional District Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Sitamarhi in connection with Sessions Trial No. 450 of 2014, arising out of Sursand P.S. Case No. 226 of 2013 which was instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 448, 452, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

No good ground has been made out by the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22418 of 2017 (3) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 counsel for the petitioner to interfere with the order impugned which has been passed on the ground that the offence alleged against the petitioner are non-compoundable. The petition is dismissed.
