2. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned Advocate for the State is present.

Learned Advocate for the State submitted that while the petitioner was in service, he was subjected to a departmental proceeding which culminated into his dismissal and the said order was challenged in CWJC 14986 of 2019. The aforesaid writ petition is still pending for consideration. It is further contended that since the petitioner has already been dismissed from services accordingly his pension has been forfeited due to forfeiture of his pensionary rights. However,

4. Be that as it may, considering, the fact that the order of dismissal is put to challenge in CWJC 14986 of 2019, the present writ petition stands disposed off.

5. However, in case, the petitioner has not been paid any admissible amount, unaffected by the order of dismissal, the same must be accorded to the petitioner expeditiously. (Harish Kumar, J) sumit/- U
