JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,307,354B,354C and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner entered into the courtyard of the informant and caught hold of the daughter of the informant. On alarm being raised by Sabina Khatoon, the informant protested when the petitioner assaulted the informant with iron rod on head. When the wife and son of the informant came to rescue they were also assaulted and co accused Latif took away gold ear rings and five thousand cash from the house of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is relative of the informant and petitioner side

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31991 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 lodged Piri Bazar PS Case No. 19 of 2015 making accusation under sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,325,326,307 and 379 IPC against the informant side at earlier point of time. It is further submitted that two injuries of the informant have been found to be simple in nature. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No.20 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
