JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons have set house of the informant on fire and many household articles and cash were burnt in the fire. Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Nandlal Sahani with similar allegation has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 45174 of 2018. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is land dispute between the parties.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, Distt.
