JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. This application for anticipatory bail arises out of K. Nagar (Sri Nagar) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Vide order dated 06.012.2021, the bail application on behalf of the petitioner no.1 and 3, above named, has been dismissed as withdrawn.
So far as the bail of petitioner no.2 is concerned, the same is allowed in view of delay in lodging the F.I.R. and the nature of injury sustained by the injured.

Nagar (Sri Nagar) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
