Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.7713 of 2018 arising out of Bypass P.S. Case No.256 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady.

It is alleged that 14 litres Mahua wine was recovered from the Tempo. The petitioner was also sitting on the aforesaid Tempo.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67210 of 2018(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.7713 of 2018 arising out of Bypass P.S.
