2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 329, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, all the accused persons abused and assaulted the informant by means of lathi, iron rod, knife etc. causing injury on his head.
4. It is submitted that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. Petitioner is only alleged to be the order giver and injury caused to the informant is simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and simple injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jai Nagar P. S. Case No. 130 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
