Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was subjected to repeated sexual intercourse. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail application submitting that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the prosecution story.
