JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. A dacoity was committed and in course of investigation, one co-accused, Sanjay Sahni was arrested. The aforesaid co-accused, Sanjay Sahni confessed his guilt disclosing the name of petitioners. Subsequently, petitioners were, too, arrested and made their confessional statements. Petitioners are in jail custody since 30.03.2016 and the investigation against them has already been completed but it appears that except the aforesaid so-called confessional statements as well as criminal antecedent of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S.
