Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2016 in connection with T.R. No.946 of 2016 registered under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant. The allegation against this petitioner is palpably false and fabricated. The complainant herself does not want to lead her conjugal life in the joint family. Earlier a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51815 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 dispute has been resolved.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, East Muzaffarpur in connection with T. R. No. 946 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No. 2653 of 2008.
