This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 281 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Dular Chand Paswan is said to have assaulted the victim, who has been granted regular bail. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, this anticipatory application is also allowed.

No.62923 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Barh, Patna, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 281 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
