2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 490 of 2023 arising out of Lodipur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. The earlier bail application of the petitioner has been rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 25207 of 2023 vide order dated 23.05.2023 and within a very short span of time, the present application has been filed for grant of bail.

5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
