ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation as well as learned counsel for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to pay 20% of the amount as alleged in the FIR and the petitioner may be extended the similar privilege of anticipatory bail as has been done in several other cases by various Benches of this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32941 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 P2/2 Corporation has also no objection to it.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is willing and ready to deposit 20% of the amount as stated in the First Information Report within a period of eight months, let the petitioner Arvind Kumar in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.102/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
