The petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P. S. Case No. 75 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is given liberty to delete para 10 of the bail petition.
A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating therein the details of other cases which are pending against him. It has been submitted that petitioner is on bail in all those cases.
It is alleged by the informant that all the 14 FIR named accused persons including this petitioner took her husband toward Diyara and committed murder. It is further

No.71456 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 alleged that husband of the informant was being taken toward Diyara was seen by four persons, namely, Surendra Mahto, Sunil Mahto, Kundan Mahto and Chandan Mahto. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made statement in para 7 that during investigation the police has recorded the statement of those witnesses.They have stated that they have merely heard about the occurrence. They have not given their statement before the police as an eye witness. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J. M. Begusarai, in connection with Ballia P. S. Case No. 75 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
