JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Nagar Parishand, Forbesganj, Distt. Araria.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed 3 representation, Annexure-P/3, P/4 and P-5 before the respondent No.3, The Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Forbesganj, Araria, but none of the representations have been till date being disposed of on merit. Annexure P/3 is dated 27.11.2023, Annexure P/4 is dated 02.08.2024 and Annexure P/5 is dated 4.6.2025. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction may be issued to respondent No.3 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.12091 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 dispose of the three pending representations on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

3. The above prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.8 and Nagar Parishad, Forebesganj, Disttt. Araria.

4. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the respondent No.3, The Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Forbesganj, Araria to dispose of the three pending representations of the petitioner within three months from the date of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. Needless to emphasis that the final order which shall be passed by the respondent No.3, The Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Forbesganj, Araria should be reasoned and speaking order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.

7. The pending I.A., if any, will be deemed to have been disposed of.
