Petitioner does have criminal antecedent of four cases but in the present case, petitioner is neither named nor anything has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It appears that the name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused persons who have already been granted privilege of bail. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 02.02.2016 and the investigation against him has already been completed.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.Case No.371 of 2015. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) B.Kr./- U T
