Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379/34 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.
As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant by means of brick.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Though there is allegation of assault against the petitioner but there is no injury report on record. It is next submitted that due to intervention of the wellwishers, matter has been compromised between the parties. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.53225 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in Shahpur P. S. Case No. 408 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
